I feel like after the battle, the Trio would kind of go into shock for a minute.

Because it's finally over. They finally did it. It's finally setting in what happened... and those they lost. The moment had to be pierced with sadness.

This is, of course, reflected in me and every other Potter fan out there. We finally get to see the last chapter, and the masterpiece will be complete. But it is the last chapter, and the thought of it makes me well up with thankful tears.
